How to make child's sleep healthy?


Remember that waking up several times a night for a baby under 3 years is quite normal. How can parents help a child normalize sleep?

- Analyze the baby's nutrition. He should eat well enough in the daytime so as not to wake up at night from hunger.

- Develop your "sleepy ceremony", which will adjust the child to a timely fall asleep.
