• Provide you with full and authentic information about our infertility treatment programs with participation of surrogate mother, that are offered by Ukrainian reproductive centers within Ukrainian laws;
• Give you consultations you during any stage of surrogate motherhood program;
• Meet you with your doctor, who will be responsible for you program and will observe your pregnancy course;
• Give you opportunity to choose surrogate mother and egg cell’s donor from the data base of those, who passed medical examination and are allowed to participate in program in accordance with requirements of Ministry of Health of Ukraine (Order No. 787 of 09.09.2013);
• Take part in preparation of contract with other parties of your surrogacy program, which will regulate relationships between parties as well as their rights and responsibilities
• Support, coordinate and control surrogate mother, who carry your child and of course, we will inform you during whole course of your pregnancy;
• Take care of all organizational moments connected with selection of maternity hospital;
• Execute all documents, related with registration of your child in Civil Status Registration Department, the Emigration Service, law enforcement agencies, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
