A couple can come to Ukraine to undergo an examination, receive biomaterial for embryos, sign a contract with an agency and fly home. If intended parents cannot provide a marriage certificate at the preparatory stage, we can do without it. The couple must come to Ukraine with a marriage certificate when the contract signs with a surrogate. According to the legislation only hetero couples who are officially married can take part in the surrogate motherhood programs.
