How do parents choose surrogates?

As a rule, the prospective parents give us their preferences, say what a surrogate mother they would like to have (maybe twins are needed), and we choose the one who suits them, send the couple her profile and photos. Parents can chat with her on Skype, and then say whether they like her or not. We offer candidates until the couple approves one of them. But in this case, it is important to understand that the search for a suitable surrogate mother will take some more time (about a month).
