“In general, the experience was positive, but there are aspects, which should be improved:
1. About communication with other families. We recommend for families who will live in the same apartment, inform them more, when one of the families comes with minor children. We were never informed or consulted (living together is much more difficult).
2. We recommend you more careful monitoring of elements and items in the house, so that newcomers have enough of everything and do not feel that something is missing or left from the previous family.
3. The staff who work around the house:
We lived with two housekeepers – Olga and Liuda.
Liuda: Adapts to the needs of families, their schedules, food preferences, helps with children and generally makes the stay wonderful. (We would like you to tell her this.)
Olga: we had several unpleasant situations with her, because she clearly made a division between families, and this division was not in our favor. She was not very adaptable, her behavior was not "correct" in terms of schedule, she didn't take into account the needs of babies, also didn't respect me, I still expect her apologies to me. As for the food, we didn't have any variety in food. We are very upset with her work, the coordinator of VittoriaVita has been informed about all these circumstances, and we are still waiting for a decision on this situation (we think she commands more than Slava).
4. Coordinator Anna: we are very happy with her work, in general, she is always ready to help with our requests. A tenner for her humanity and work.
