As soon as we signed the contract, everything changed a little (it was no longer pleasant). We had to wait a long time for an answer to our questions. I often felt abandoned. Only short answers were given to our questions. She (Katerina) was always busy talking by phone or writing letters.
From August until the end of the program, Marianne was with us. She tries very much to answer all our questions. However, she could have shown more initiative. Information is often missing, such as a translation of a pediatrician. Often we had to ask about results of examinations.
